The Value Stream Solutions team is made up of seasoned business and industry practitioners, who have gained their experience through application. Our team ‘walks the walk’ and are as effective in the boardroom with senior management teams as we are rolling up our sleeves with the employees implementing solutions.
All our team members are experts in their field and are adeptly capable facilitators, mentors & trainers, with backgrounds that include Senior Management, Accounting & Finance, Production and Product Management, Service Management, Business Ownership, Adult Learning & Education and ‘T3’ (Train the Trainer) applications. Our broad knowledge base and mix of expertise allows us to assist clients from needs analysis and strategic plan development, implementation of programs that support effective team environments, to generate continuous improvement activity and best practices.
